Engineers and technicians from the IBDM imaging platform, identified as «Regroupement inter-organismes (Rio)» in 2003, and IBiSA («Infrastructures Biologie Santé et Agronomie») since 2008 under the Picsl body ensure the availability of modern and innovative biophotonic technologies for researchers from the institute and for the local and national scientific community. Their activities include the acquisition and management of a range of microscopes, user and PhD training (microscopes, image processing and analysis) and integration of new imaging systems (non-linear imaging, high resolution imaging) through technology transfer from research teams (P.F. Lenne team) thanks to BioImaging France (FBI), a national infrastructure investments for the future. The imaging resource platform adheres to strict quality controls (ISO 9001 standard). Equipment performance and stability are ensured through metrological monitoring.
Message to users : you should indicate in your publications (acknowledgments paragraph) the following formula with the ANR Convention number : We acknowledge France–‐BioImaging infrastructure supported by the French National Research Agency (ANR–‐10–‐INBS–‐04–‐01, «Investments for the future»).
The platform is a FBI’s member.
